EDP Acquires Harbor Point Energy Products. Harbor Point Energy, which was founded in 2007, provides a full range of energy products and services to nearly 6,000 customers across seven counties in East Central New York. Principal owner John DesJardins has a long history in the energy industry and will remain with the company to spearhead the transition. All Harbor Point employees will join EDP.
